Ordering & Payment
Using the website is the way to place orders. You do not need to register although it will save you entering information again if you decide to order more than once. You can pay using PayPal which will accept payments either from your PayPal account or by credit or debit card using worldpay. Alternatively you can pay by cheque or Bacs, details of which are provided during the checkout process. We will send you an invoice by email once the order is processed and ship your goods as soon as payment has been received.
Shipping costs can be calculated at any time by looking at your 'cart' and providing your post code. We charge a basic cost together with a small supplement based on the number of items in the cart.  We aim to ship within three working days of receiving your paid order. We use Royal Mail predominately or a range of parcel carriers for larger orders. If we use a signed for service you will be able to track your parcel online. We will advise by email once your parcel has shipped and let you know what service we used. Shipping times can vary but you should receive your parcel within three days of our shipping email. For non UK orders we will email you only if we find that the website price is insufficient. We will not dispatch without your specific approval of any change to the cost.
Refunds & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. You have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract made between us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). We extend this right to14 days. Should you choose to cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. Returned items should be unused and returned in their original packaging. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Delivery charges may be refundable where goods are found to be faulty on arrival with you. Personalised products are excluded from this policy unless we have made a typographical error in which case a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. We want, more than anything, to be fair about returns so please email us if you have a problem.
We are not registered for VAT purposes and as such no VAT is charged on any of our goods or services.

If you have registered then your Account Dashboard is the place to find everything associated with your account with us. You can amend all your personal details here, add and delete delivery addresses, review past and current orders, re-order items, check and manage any product reviews you have made, look at and manage items added to your wish list and manage your newsletter and communications subscriptions.
Newsletter & Promotions
We are keen to keep you up to speed with new poster designs and other innovative products that we have in planning. Also with any promotions that we might , from time to time, run. You can amend your newsletter subscription through your Account Dashboard at any time and please know that we will never share your details with anyone and will not fill your inbox with daily missives.
Your privacy is very important to us and we want to confirm that we will not share your details with anyone else, nor do we store any financial details such as credit or debit card information.
